How it works
- You send the form. We look at your public shop and send back a short, free review: what's filled in, what's empty, and three fixes you can make either way.
- If it's a fit, we talk. One short call to choose a plan and agree on what arrives each month.
- We learn your voice. You answer ten questions and send a few things you've written. We turn that into a one-page voice sheet, and you approve it.
- Every month, we make the pieces and you approve them. Nothing goes out until you've said yes.
- Then it goes out.
- Pinterest: we hand you a ready-to-upload file of finished pins each month.
- Email: it's built in your MailerLite account, and you press send, or add us as a team member.
- Once a month, a one-page readout: what went out, what people did with it, and what we'll change next month.
How the work gets made: Steadyfold's pins and emails are drafted and produced by AI agents working from your voice sheet. A person reviews every batch before it reaches you, and nothing goes out without your approval.
What we never do
- Ask for your password or a login code. If you send one by accident, we delete it and tell you.
- Make up a review, a maker story, a "bestseller" or a number. If we need a fact, we ask you.
- Add you to a mailing list because you asked for a review.
How we work, in practice
We built this on the system that makes the marketing for our own shop, Calmkept, a small line of printable family binders. In one afternoon it rendered 17 narrated short videos in about 70 minutes. It produced the pins on Calmkept's Pinterest (92 at the 6 October count) and its 5-email welcome series. It's a working system, not a pitch deck.
To be plain about it: Calmkept is a young shop, and that system hasn't made it a big one yet. What we're showing you is how the work gets made, steadily and on schedule, not a sales result.

Who is this for?
Small handmade, vintage and printable shops, mostly on Etsy (Shopify is fine too), that already sell and don't have time to market every week.
Who isn't it for?
Shops looking for paid ads, guaranteed results, or someone to take over their accounts. We're also not a fit for regulated products.
Do you need my login?
No. Your pins come as a ready-to-upload file. For email, you add us as a team member or send the emails yourself.
Will this increase my sales?
We can't promise that, and we won't. What we promise is the work: the agreed pieces, in your voice, every month, with a plain readout of what happened.
Who writes it? Is it AI?
Yes, AI agents draft and produce the work, from a voice sheet built from your own writing. A person checks every batch, and you approve everything before it goes out.
Can I stop?
After the first term, yes, month to month, with 30 days' notice.
What do I need to give you?
Product photos, your logo and colors, and about 20 minutes for the voice questions.
